| The property manager was so easy to work with and helped my group book this property for our last minute getaway. Check-in and out was a breeze. The property offered the perfect location right in town for shopping and dining. The room was very cozy, clean, and spacious for our short-term needs. The fireplace was a nice treat too! I would book again if I was in Breckenridge. |

| We have stayed in Beaver Creek many times before- but this apartment was the best. It was amazing to be able to be so close to the slopes and also the shops and restaurants. One of our party had physical limitations and doesn’t ski. She loved the view - both of mountains and town activity - from the living room. We all loved how she could feel part of things because we could slip in in the middle of the day for lunch. Awesome stay! Wonderful property manager go work with. Thank you so much! |

| This property was amazing. The Park Hyatt is exceptional, though the lobby is under remodeling. All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful with the exception of the front desk. Two requests were ignored. Everyone else, valet, servers and spa personnel went out of their way and made our experience enjoyable. |

| The Residences at The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek are absolutely phenomenal! The accommodations are stylish and inviting. The Staff w/ Magadalena at the helm are friendly and professional. The location is second to none...perfect. Our family holiday went off without a single problem and Tami Brown was a huge part of that perfection. I attempted to book the exact same property through another party on Homeaway/VRBO and after several failed requests for them to contact me by phone and/or at least answer questions I had through email I gave up and found Tami's listing. Her response time was instant and called me just a few minutes after my first request and booked my family and I quickly, efficiently, and most importantly....courteously. Her demeanor is extremely professional and makes you feel that all will go perfectly, which is exactly what happened. Thank you Tami, we will be booking with you again in the very near future and appreciate you helping us out during our prior stressful booking. |
